The team of the Jean Monnet Chair for Finance- and Business Law is comprised of leading scholars and experts in the field of European law. The head of the chair is jr. prof. dr. Šime Jozipović, an expert in European and Croatian business law, tax law and contract law. He is supported in the teaching and research activities of the Chair by jr. prof. dr. Marko Perkušić, as representative from the (financial) forensics department of the University of Split. In addition to them, two renowned legal practitioners complete the team; mag. Toni Marinković is a lawyer and leading expert in the fields of business law, white-collar crime, corporate law and European cross-border disputes. He supports the teaching efforts of the chair, especially concerning questions of compliance with European regulatory standards. Milan Franić is the final member of the team. He is a Croatian judge at the administrative court for the area of Dalmatia and an expert in European public law who educates students through European case law analysis.
